Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• High Volume: Processing may take longer during sales or holidays. 

 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Standard shipping will be delivered in 3–7 business days – ₹100/- for domestic orders
• Free Shipping:  Free shipping across India on orders over ₹20,000/-

 

3. Shipping Restrictions (Crucial for Perfume)

Because perfumes are flammable, they have specific transport rules. 

• Ground Only: Many carriers require perfume to be shipped via ground transport rather than air.

 

4. International Shipping

• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to their order.
• Compliance: Note that international shipping may be limited by local hazardous materials regulations. 

 

5. Tracking & Notifications

• Confirmation: customers will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS/Whatsapp with a tracking number once the order is dispatched. 

 

6. Damages & Issues

• Video Recording: Kindly take a video proof to show that the bottle is broken upon delivery.
